Service calls are subject to a 4-hour minimum charge once a Service Technician has been dispatched to site.
All rates are hourly per technician, door to door. Any site related delays effecting the technician start or completion of required
service will be charged at applicable rate. These may include, but are not limited to: site access, waiting on onsite personnel or
skilled trades, and plant escort. Travel Time is billed outside of on-site time.
Parts and Consumables
Any required parts or consumables required to complete the field service and restore equipment will be billed at the applicable cost.
When possible, customers will be quoted on parts prior to installation. Core exchanges may be possible.
Additional Expenses
Any associated travel expenses will be billed at cost. These may include, but are not limited to:
– Airfare
– Auto Rental
– Lodging/Hotel
– Per Diem $45 per technician
Terms
Due on Receipt of Invoice unless terms have been previously established with returning customers.
HST extra, CDN funds
Royal City Industrial will make every effort to dispatch a Service Technician within the required time frame.
Authorization or a Purchase Order (PO) must be received to cover service rates, travel time and associated expenses
outline herein.
